Customer satisfaction is the top priority at AprilAire. When the customer is happy, that means every step of our business is working as it should be and we’re delivering on the promise of our Indoor Air Quality solutions.

An essential part of making customers happy is our excellent customer service team, and we’re happy to honor them during Customer Service Week, October 3–7. This year is the 31st annual celebration of customer service professionals, with companies all across the world taking the week to specially honor their employees who improve the customer experience each and every day.

To celebrate, AprilAire has events planned for each day of the week, some on the fun side and others on the relaxing side. Plus, to deliver on one of our core values of being a good neighbor, our customer service team will be using the week to support St. Vincent de Paul of Madison.

Last year during Customer Service Week, we donated two large collection bins of clothes. This year, our goal is even greater, as we’ll be expanding the event to include a food drive on top of the traditional clothing drive.
