Sales Manager Northeast US

Aprilaire is seeking a talented Sales Manager to increase sales of dehumidifiers through waterproofing, pest control, and remediation contractors in the Northeast. This newly added position will support rapid growth in the dehumidification product category by focusing 80% of their time on sales execution and 20% on the development of new products, modifications of existing products, and support materials for new customers.

Channel Sales Manager Madison, WI

As the Channel Sales Manager for Research Products Corporations, you will be accountable for all aspects of managing the Applied Products filter business. This includes increasing market share with wholesale accounts, developing operating plans to grow share of the market, developing and managing annual sales plans with top distributors, converting competitive business, and managing an internal customer support team.

The Customer Service Manager is accountable for creating and fostering a customer-centric environment where “we know our customers and our customer’s customers.” This role will lead a team of customer service and technical support representatives who are committed to delivering an amazing service experience to our customers.

We are looking for an outgoing individual to help us through our busy time as a Seasonal, Full-time Customer Service Specialist. The position is expected to begin in September and continue through March 2020.

Sourcing, Quality, & Engineering

You'll assist engineers in the development and testing of new products, components, and materials and the improvement and updating of existing products and components. We'll also look to you to prepare test set-ups (i.e. equipment, fixtures, etc.) and build test fixtures.

Mobile App Developer Madison, WI

As Mobile App Developer, you'll develop and support IoT mobile and cloud applications for all products. You'll be involved in all stages of the development life cycle, from initial concept generation through to final delivery and support as a valued member of the engineering team.

In this role, you will design electronic controls and equipment from concept through production as an important member of our electronics design team.

As Senior Design Engineer, you'll lead cross-functional teams from engineering, purchasing, marketing, and manufacturing to design and develop new products. You'll be involved in all stages of the development life cycle, from initial concept generation through to final delivery and support as a valued member of the engineering team.

We're are seeking an innovative and inquisitive individual to join our Electronics Engineering team as Senior Principal Engineer. In this role, you will develop and support Internet of Things (IoT) mobile and cloud applications for Aprilaire suite of products. You will also be involved in all stages of the development life cycle, from initial concept generation through to final delivery and support.

As the Product Marketing Manager for our Aprilaire Humidifer line of products, you’re a leader accountable for leading and directing marketing strategies that ensure the successful execution of Aprialire new product launches, and deliver new levels of growth and profitability for existing Aprilaire Humidifier product categories.

Under the direction of the Plant Manager, the Madison Plant Production Supervisor will lead and develop a team of second shift skilled production employees in an assembly environment that strives for continuous improvement.
