Under the direction of the General Manager, the Production Supervisor will lead and develop a team of third shift skilled production employees in an assembly environment that strives for continuous improvement.

The person will perform product development activities including designing and developing hardware for embedded systems; programing embedded systems firmware; using real time operating systems (RTOS) to design control firmware Interface and coordinating with component vendors, contract manufacturers, test engineers, and offshore personnel; performing quality control activities; and, supervising prototype build tests.
